Preschool Gymnastics

Coach-led, play-based learning with parent participation

Preschool Gymnastics – Walking/18 months – 4 Years Old

Our coach-led preschool classes focus on learning through play, helping young children develop essential fine and gross motor skills while bonding with their parents.

Through interactive activities and guided exploration, children build coordination, strength, and social confidence — laying a strong foundation for future gymnastics training.

Designed for children of walking age to 4, these sessions introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.

Parents play an active role, assisting and encouraging their child throughout the session — making it a rewarding experience for both child and caregiver.

Recreational Gymnastics

Progressive gymnastics classes, suitable for beginners – advanced levels

Recreational Gymnastics for 4 – 16 years

We organise our gymnastics classes by age and ability to ensure every child feels supported. 4–6 year olds follow our beginner pathway, while children aged 7+ are placed into beginner–intermediate or intermediate–advanced groups. Home Educated Gymnastics

For ages 4 – 12 years

Home Educated Gymnastics – 4–12 Years Old

In our home-educated gymnastics classes, children will develop their skills on the bars, vault, beam, and floor, focusing on strength, coordination and building confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

Our qualified coaches provide individualised instruction, ensuring each gymnast is challenged according to their ability — whether they’re just starting out or have prior experience in gymnastics.

We create a supportive space where every gymnast can progress at their own pace, fostering a genuine love for the sport. Our approach is all about meeting each child where they are, helping them grow in both ability and confidence. To celebrate their progress, we host an annual in-house competition, offering gymnasts the chance to show off their hard work in a positive, low-pressure setting.
