Totem Gymnastics Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child in any class at Totem Gymnastics, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of Totem Gymnastics’ services and facilities.

2. Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability. Totem Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse enrollment for any reason.

All registrations require a completed registration form and payment of the applicable fees.

3. Class Participation

Participants must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by the coaches. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s appropriate attire and behavior.

4. Liability

Totem Gymnastics strives to provide a safe environment. However, participation involves inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Totem Gymnastics is not liable for any injuries sustained during class activities, unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in advance, as outlined in the pricing schedule.

Late payment may result in penalties or suspension of enrollment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are detailed in the pricing schedule. Refunds are subject to these policies.

7. Modifications

Totem Gymnastics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
